Driver and age information
At the time of the lease agreement, the lessee must have a domestic or valid international driver's license for Group A,B,C, D vehicles for at least 3 years and must have completed at least 23 years of age. People who comply with the driver's age and driver's license year conditions specified on the vehicle details page at the time of booking from our site can be identified as drivers, vehicles are not delivered to those who are not suitable or who are given incorrect age information. Drivers and extra drivers are required to present their driver's license and sign the rental contract during vehicle delivery. Photocopy of driving license is not accepted.

If the vehicle is picked up from one city and returned to another city, the one-way fee determined by WorldCar is applied. Fee information can vary and can be seen during the reservation phase. For detailed information, please dial our reservation center.
Car rental with foreign driver's license
Driving in Turkey with the driver's license obtained from other countries is only possible under the following terms and conditions and drivers know and accept that they are aware of these conditions.
With the driver's license obtained from other countries, the vehicle can be used for a maximum of 6 months from the date you enter our country. Those who have been in our country for more than six months must have Turkish translations of their driving licenses approved by foreign representative offices or notary publics while driving, and have their driver's license with them. In order to be able to drive a car in Turkey at the end of one year, the driving licenses you have obtained from other countries must be replaced with the driver's license in Turkey. Citizens of foreign countries who will rent a car can drive in Turkey with driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries. With these driver's licenses, the vehicle can be used for a maximum of six months from the date of entry into Turkey.
Insurances and Guarantees
The prices on our website are included in everything and you will not encounter extra surprises such as an extra payment or additional price at the delivery of the vehicle. Prices on our site include motor own damage and traffic insurance, glass headlight tire insurance, airport vehicle delivery, 18% VAT. In any case caused by a system failure, information is given before booking confirmation.
Mini Damage Package
Mini damages are similar to this in parking, friction and breakage and protects you in cases where there is no police report for mini damage.
Early return of the rental car
If the vehicle is returned before the rental period after the start of the rental, the price is recalculated according to the number of days the vehicle is used. Since our agreement is canceled and the vehicle is idle, the 3-day rental fee shall be deducted, and if you have paid from the credit card, the remaining amount shall be refunded after deducting the bank commission.
In case of extending the rental
After the start of the rental, if there is a rental request for a longer period than the rental period of the vehicle, the additional fee that will occur after the price is recalculated by the system is collected by the payment method presented at the beginning of the rental. When you are going to make an extension, we recommend that you contact our call center at least 3 days before the car rental return date.
Rules to be considered when driving the vehicle
The lessee agrees and undertakes to pay any damages and losses that the driver causes such as transmission failure caused by incorrect gear shifting, continuing to drive the vehicle even though the temperature oil lamp warning light is on, driving in bad terrain and inappropriate roads, damages caused by hitting the bottom of the vehicle, damage to parts such as tires and rims, wrong fuel setting, fuel-induced malfunction.
Payment and deposit
The total rental fee is charged with cash or credit card when delivering the vehicle. Vehicle delivery is not made until payment is received. The deposit is blocked by credit card from our domestic customers, we do not request a deposit or credit card from our foreign customers. If necessary, the right to request belongs to WorldCar and all rights are reserved.
You have to return the fuel tank of the vehicle in the same way you received it. If you return with excess fuel on the return of the vehicle, no refund will be made, but you can request a discount as much as the fuel in your previous vehicle return in your next car rental or you can buy your vehicle with the same fuel.
Vehicle delivery and restituting
Vehicle delivery is made at the place, date and time specified in your reservation form. Our staff will get the vehicle back from you at the return point and appointed time.
Tickets such as radar, highway and bridge illegal crossings fined on the license plate are notified to us by the relevant institution. If it is understood that the ticket belongs to you, the relevant document shall be sent to you by e-mail or Whatsapp. You are requested to pay the ticket within the period specified in this document and to account numbers or by Western Union Money Gram or your credit card will be charged. In case the penalty amount is not paid, your lease contract is transferred to the contracted law firms together with your identity information and the ticket notification and the legal follow-up process is initiated on your behalf.
Mileage Usage Limits
Our vehicles are used according to the principle of fair mileage use. You have the right to use 300 km per day up to ten days rentals, and unlimited use for rentals longer than ten days. For more uses, you can get information by contacting our call center. The mileage fee is calculated as 0.50 TL for each kilometer.
Payment terms and security
Vehicle rental fee, additional product and service fees are collected from the lessee's personal credit card or in cash at the beginning of the vehicle rental, with the payment option specified in your reservation. The lessee must be present at the vehicle delivery point, and if there is an additional driver, the additional driver's signature is taken, vehicle delivery is not accepted by a credit card of a different person or on behalf of someone else. Vehicle delivery is not made without the rental fee and your signature.

After your booking is confirmed and before your arrival date, you can change your vehicle, booking date, add and remove additional products. Some changes can cause price differences. If you want to change the pickup location, it is necessary to cancel the existing reservation and make a new reservation. Unfortunately, the prices of your previous reservation will not be valid for your new reservation. Our prices on the system will be valid.
Worldcar No-Show App
If the vehicle is not received at the pick-up time specified in the reservation or after the landing time of your flight after checking the flight number you have informed, the vehicle shall be in No-show status after 3 hours and no vehicle shall be guaranteed. Your reservation in no-show status shall be canceled at the end of 6 hours.
Other Important Points
In case of any damage or accident, in order for your insurance to be valid; it is required not to exceed speed limits, obey traffic rules, not to drive dangerously, not to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Otherwise, all damage belongs to the lessee. It is mandatory to be the person who rents the vehicle or whose name is written in the extra driver rental contract. The lessee cannot give the rented vehicle to someone else and cannot use it without a license. The lessee who does not comply with any of these is obliged to pay all legal and legal costs and expenses arising from all kinds of legal and penalties and damages. In the event of any damage or accident, you must not leave the scene of the accident without moving your vehicle from the accident scene and if there is no injury at the accident scene, you must notify the 155 Police or 156 Traffic Gendarmerie and receive a "Alcohol report together with a accident report". Alcohol report should be 0%. In case the vehicle is stolen
You should call 155 the Police or 156 Gendarmerie to receive a 'Theft Detection Report'. The key of the vehicle must be delivered to us with the report received. In case of losing the key of the vehicle during the rental period, forgetting the key on the vehicle, giving the key to another person and the vehicle is stolen, all the responsibility and the expenses that will arise belong to the lessee. Under no circumstances should you give the car key to anybody.
Requirements from domestic and foreign customers
For all vehicle groups, your financial analysis is required in some cases, such as the first lease, in order to finalize the reservation you make for our customers residing in the country and receive your vehicle. Your financial analysis report must meet the criteria for leasing our company. You can make your financial analyst report by calling our call center at 90 850 888 88 07. You need to confirm your financial analysis, your TR ID number and the message sent to your number registered in TR banks, and this can only be done with your Gsm mobile number. After receiving this information during the inquiry, Our Company reserves the right not to provide vehicles according to your Findex Report. Documents such as invoice, residence permit, insurance or salary letter are required showing your address confirmation during monthly and long term rental periods.
Can I take my rental car abroad?
None of our insurance is valid outside the borders of Turkey, and it is forbidden to take our vehicles outside of Turkey.
